Procurement Intelligence
Is fleet purchasing ready for the vessel and the port window?
Follows purchase orders for five vessels from requisition through approval, supplier promise, onboard receipt and invoice matching to Payables handoff, in 1,000 orders and 6,240 events. The overview scores port-window adherence, critical spares missing a port window, supplier delivery on promise, approvals missing the required-by time and emergency purchasing share.
- Vessel readiness scorecard
- Port-window and supplier-promise performance
- Emergency versus planned buying
- Process map with partial receipts and mismatch rework
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. Process mining reconstructs the route every purchase order actually took, compares it with the expected sequence and measures each supplier against editable benchmarks. The intelligence then ranks where purchasing slows down or breaks the rules and shows what faster approvals or fewer repeat matches would return.
A vessel readiness scorecard shows which ships are exposed, and the process map separates emergency from planned purchases and shows partial receipts and rework.
