What should we collect next, and what is blocking cash?
Ranks the open invoices worth chasing and shows what is stopping them being paid. The overview opens with the collectable open balance, what is overdue, probability-weighted expected receipts over eight weeks, and the disputed amount blocked from collection.
- Priority invoices and customers to act on this week
- Expected receipts over eight weeks, probability weighted
- Disputes and blocks that hold cash back, with the evidence
- What-if on collector capacity and dispute resolution
- Recommended actions with owners and triggers
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. A predictive model estimates how likely each open invoice is to be paid, weights expected receipts by that probability, and ranks which invoices and customers are worth chasing first. The what-if then tests collector hours, dispute resolution and acceleration, and the system recommends actions with owners and triggers. It proposes; it never executes collections.
From there, customer performance and invoice evidence trace every number to the records, so a collector can see why an account is prioritised. A predictive what-if tests the levers that matter: collector hours, disputes resolved, collection acceleration and receipt-probability uplift.
Decisions & action plans turns the answer into recommended actions with owners and triggers, and reconciliation checks tie the totals back to the source. Scenarios propose; they do not execute collections.
