Payables Intelligence
What should we pay, when, and with what trade-offs?
Balances supplier obligations against cash and reserves. The overview shows total supplier obligations, the proposed cash payments over eight weeks, what is deferred beyond the horizon and the early-payment discount that can be captured, with the suppliers carrying the largest deferrals listed beside it.
- A proposed payment run by week, within entity reserves
- Deferred obligations and the suppliers behind them
- Discount capture weighed against cash cover
- Holds and matching blockers shown with evidence
- A reconciliation of the plan to unpaid obligations
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. The intelligence weighs every supplier payment against cash, entity reserves, supplier criticality, holds and early-payment discount terms, and proposes a payment run by week that never spends protected reserves. A predictive what-if tests receipts moving, holds being cleared, terms extended and discounts taken. It proposes; it does not release payments.
Each entity's reserve is protected, so a proposal never spends funds that must stay in place. Supplier performance and invoice evidence show approval and matching holds, criticality and discount terms behind every line.
A predictive what-if tests receipts changing, holds being resolved, terms extended on non-critical suppliers and early discounts taken. A cash-bridge reconciliation checks the plan against the unpaid obligations. Scenarios propose; they do not release payments.
