Receivables Intelligence
What should we collect next, and what is blocking cash?
Built for distributor and retailer invoices, trade-promotion claims and deductions. Source open receivables, expected cash and expected non-cash deductions are reconciled separately, so a promotion claim is not mistaken for a late payer. The sample shows S$1.47M collectable, S$1.25M overdue and S$0.34M in dispute.
- Trade deductions kept apart from true overdue
- Expected receipts by customer and channel
- Dispute and claim evidence
- What-if on collector capacity
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. A predictive model estimates how likely each open invoice is to be paid, weights expected receipts by that probability, and ranks which invoices and customers are worth chasing first. The what-if then tests collector hours, dispute resolution and acceleration, and the system recommends actions with owners and triggers. It proposes; it never executes collections.
Entities cover distribution and trade as well as manufacturing and export, with collection capacity (96 of 102 hours) planned explicitly.
