Working Capital Intelligence
Do we have enough cash for what is coming?
One liquidity view that pulls expected collections, supplier obligations, recurring inflows, reserves and other spend into an eight-week cash position, by entity. The first screen answers the question in four numbers: typical weekly cash need, expected receipts, cash obligations and the lowest closing cash against need.
- An eight-week cash position by entity
- Six scenarios and four stress sliders
- Entities flagged where cash cover is thin
- Collections and payments views behind every number
- A downloadable payment plan and business questions
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. Predictive models estimate expected collections and recurring inflows week by week. The scenario engine re-runs the eight-week cash position whenever a lever or stress slider moves, and the intelligence turns the result into a recommended payment plan. It proposes; people decide, and nothing is executed.
Six scenario tiles change the plan with one click: standard plan, no collection action, more collection capacity, lower receipts, higher other spend, a higher cash reserve. Sliders let the team stress receivables, recurring inflows, payables and other spend by up to 25% either way, and the plan refreshes.
Entity cash comfort shows where cover falls below the reference level, and a payment plan can be downloaded. Industry profiles are available for shipping, CPG and retail, and logistics.
