What should we collect next, and what is blocking cash?
Built for charter hire, freight and management fees. Issued invoices are kept separate from unbilled claims and owner funding requests, so the collectable balance is never overstated. The sample view shows S$1.98M collectable, S$1.73M overdue, S$1.54M of probability-weighted receipts over eight weeks and S$0.50M held in dispute.
- Customers and vessels ranked by overdue balance
- Eight-week receipts, probability weighted
- Dispute and billing blockers with owners
- What-if on collector hours and dispute resolution
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. A predictive model estimates how likely each open invoice is to be paid, weights expected receipts by that probability, and ranks which invoices and customers are worth chasing first. The what-if then tests collector hours, dispute resolution and acceleration, and the system recommends actions with owners and triggers. It proposes; it never executes collections.
It runs across ship ownership, ship management and liner operations, with vessel and voyage on every invoice. Collector capacity is explicit (24 tasks against 79 of 96 available hours), and off-hire and laytime disputes are shown with the evidence behind them.
