The trust engine
How we earn reliance: grounded client context, and deterministic math where the business needs certainty.
Most enterprise AI stalls in the pilot — not on model IQ, on trust.
The trust engine is how we earn reliance: grounded client context and deterministic math where the business needs certainty.
Teams see capable demos, then hesitate to act on the output. Without trust there is no adoption; without adoption there is no production — that is where most AI programmes quietly stop.
We engineer for trust first. The two pillars below are the trust engine — choose one to see how each part works.
The Right Context
Generic AI fails because it doesn't know your business. We start by integrating the client's actual data — their systems, their documents, their institutional knowledge — so every output is grounded in context that's relevant, not generic. This is built in the form of an Enterprise knowledge graph (outside in + inside out) that grows continuously as the client shares more data. This ensures the LLMs don't use their own knowledge but are grounded in the client's knowledge graph. This is the foundation: an AI that speaks to your reality, not a hypothetical average case.
Deterministic outputs where it matters
Here's a contrarian but important point — we don't reach for an LLM by default. When a decision needs to be precise, auditable, and repeatable — pricing, compliance, calculations — we use best-in-class deterministic algorithms instead. LLMs are powerful, but probabilistic. When the business needs certainty, we give it certainty.
Investment cases — seeded NPV, IRR and payback distributions the board can re-run.
Business case & capital project agentsIRR/NPV and pricing math that reproduces to the cent — never spreadsheet folklore.
Close support & calculator composer agentsCapex knapsacks and risk-frontier allocation via LP/CVaR solvers — politics replaced by constraints.
Planning & portfolio allocation agentsDuplicate invoices and material outliers flagged with explainable scores.
RECON-01 reconciliation agentsRubric-based placement and scoring — deterministic code, not LLM inference beyond captured evidence.
Assessment & diagnostic agentsGreedy Decoding, Fixed Boundaries
Even where an LLM is the right tool — drafting narrative, summarising evidence — we don't leave the output to chance. We force greedy decoding and lock the generation inside fixed boundaries, so the same input reproduces the same output every time it runs.
temperature = 0 — the model always takes the single highest-probability next token, never a random sample.
presence_penalty = 0 and frequency_penalty = 0, so tokens already generated can't warp the probability of what comes next.
max_tokens is locked to a minimum and stable stop sequences are held fixed, so generation can't drift or run on.
Put together, this is our trust engine. Right context for every answer. The right method for every decision. It's how we move clients past the pilot trap — into systems people actually rely on, every day, in production.
