How the AI works. The intelligence reads stock against forecast demand, ranks item and location combinations by shortage exposure and excess, and proposes transfers, purchases and reviews with the money at stake attached. The what-if tests demand, lead-time, service-policy and review-interval changes before purchase orders are raised.
Item rows show the purchase recommendation and the jobs exposed, so the planner can see 11 of 16 jobs with material gaps and act before the dock date.
