Payables Intelligence
What should we pay, when, and with what trade-offs?
Balances bunker, port agency, crew and class commitments against cash. Each vessel account keeps its own cash and reserve, and owner-client funds never fund another vessel automatically. In the sample, S$1.83M of obligations produce S$1.40M of proposed payments, with S$0.43M deferred beyond week 8.
- Eight-week payment plan within each vessel reserve
- Critical obligations tied to sailing and service windows
- Duplicate and matching holds visible with evidence
- Discount capture weighed against cash cover
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. The intelligence weighs every supplier payment against cash, entity reserves, supplier criticality, holds and early-payment discount terms, and proposes a payment run by week that never spends protected reserves. A predictive what-if tests receipts moving, holds being cleared, terms extended and discounts taken. It proposes; it does not release payments.
Critical items are flagged where they would miss a sailing or service window (12 in the sample). Duplicate imports are excluded, discounts are weighed against cover, and nothing is paid by the tool: scenarios propose, people decide.
