Receivables Intelligence

What should we collect next, and what is blocking cash?

Built for deposits, milestone invoices, variations, service acceptance and retention release. Issued invoices, unbilled work, deposits and retained amounts are kept apart, and acceptance conditions constrain receipt timing. The sample shows S$1.07M open, S$0.92M overdue excluding retention, S$0.85M of expected receipts and S$0.26M in dispute.

What you get
  • Milestone and variation invoices tracked to acceptance
  • Retention separated from overdue
  • Eight-week receipts by project
  • What-if on collector capacity and disputes
  • Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC

How the AI works. A predictive model estimates how likely each open invoice is to be paid, weights expected receipts by that probability, and ranks which invoices and customers are worth chasing first. The what-if then tests collector hours, dispute resolution and acceleration, and the system recommends actions with owners and triggers. It proposes; it never executes collections.

It covers two profiles, shipyard projects and shorter ship-service jobs, across six yards and workshops, with 28 collection tasks planned against 91 of 96 available hours.
