Working Capital Intelligence
Do we have enough cash to fund stock through the selling window?
The integrated liquidity view for a retail or channel operator. It protects cash and margin while stock and receipts move through channels, promotions and limited selling windows. Card and cash takings sit in recurring receipts, so they are not counted again as open receivables.
- Eight-week cash position by channel
- Six scenarios, four stress levers
- Selling windows protected
- Settlements and unbilled work kept apart
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. Predictive models estimate expected collections and recurring inflows week by week. The scenario engine re-runs the eight-week cash position whenever a lever or stress slider moves, and the intelligence turns the result into a recommended payment plan. It proposes; people decide, and nothing is executed.
Marketplace settlement batches and unbilled corporate work are kept separate from issued receivables, and stock and fulfilment payments are prioritised against selling windows.
