Procurement Intelligence

Where does purchasing slow down or break the rules, and what would fixing it return?

Follows every purchase order from creation through approval, goods receipt, invoice receipt and matching, and measures each supplier against editable benchmarks. In the sample, 1,000 orders and 5,240 events are read for approval time, procurement cycle, first-pass matching, receipt within target and approval bypass.

What you get
  • Supplier ranking on approval time, cycle time, first-pass matching and receipt
  • Benchmarks you can edit, with a clear within or worse-than reading
  • Discovered process map with frequencies, variants and bypasses
  • Conformance to the expected purchase-to-pay sequence
  • What-if levers and recommended actions with supporting records
  • Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
Supplier performance and allocation decisions · synthetic sample

How the AI works. Process mining reconstructs the route every purchase order actually took, compares it with the expected sequence and measures each supplier against editable benchmarks. The intelligence then ranks where purchasing slows down or breaks the rules and shows what faster approvals or fewer repeat matches would return.

Supplier performance and allocation decisions show the top and bottom performer on any chosen measure, with order value, order count and a within-or-worse-than-benchmark reading for every supplier. Filters cut it by department, supplier and PO month.

Process discovery reconstructs the route orders actually take, including partial receipts, rework loops and approval bypasses, and conformance compares it with the expected sequence. The what-if tests faster approvals, quicker approval-to-receipt and fewer repeat matches.
