How the AI works. Open-source process-mining algorithms rebuild the real process from event logs. The intelligence layer then compares every case with the standard route, ranks where deviations and rework cost the most capacity, and sets the process KPIs against peer median and benchmark with a red, amber or green signal. The result is a prioritised list of where to act, not a diagram to interpret.
The Vectasense Process Mining agent reconstructs the real process from system event logs and measures it: days sales, payables and inventory outstanding, the cash conversion cycle, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, invoice match rates and delivery performance. Each KPI is shown as actual against median and benchmark, with a red, amber or green status so that priorities are visible without interpretation.
Because the numbers come from what the systems recorded, not from interviews, a status signal can be traced back to the cases and steps behind it. The same event log that sets the KPIs also locates the rework, delay and manual patching that explain a red result.
