Financial Close Intelligence
Can we close accurately and on time, and what remains unresolved?
Gives the controller a live read on the close. The overview shows tasks signed off, unresolved reconciliation differences, blocked tasks and the estimated completion date, with a completion curve, the entities holding things up and the priority items to clear first.
- Tasks signed off, blocked and outstanding at a glance
- Estimated completion against the close calendar
- Unresolved differences by entity and by owner
- Reconciliation and intercompany evidence in one place
- What-if on capacity and blockers before day one
- Duration: 4–6 weeks for an outcome-based POC
How the AI works. The intelligence reads the close calendar and the reconciliation evidence, estimates the completion date, and flags which blocked tasks and entities will hold the close up. The what-if shows how more capacity, cleared evidence blockers or matched differences move the date before day one. Scenarios propose; they do not post journals.
A close calendar lays out tasks and their dependencies. Reconciliation evidence covers ledger-to-source differences, journals, intercompany and the trial balance, with owners and sign-offs attached.
The what-if tests close capacity, evidence blockers cleared, eligible differences matched and review effort reduced, and shows the effect on the completion date. Scenarios propose; they do not post journals.
